Weddings at The Park Savoy | J&R Photography

We have been meaning to write blog posts about all of our favorite venues for a long time. Now in the midst of this pandemic, not only do we have the time but it is more important than ever to support our industry peers, especially those that without them, we would not have the locations to photograph the beautiful weddings that we capture.

The 3rd venue on our Favorite Wedding Venue list is The Park Savoy. Located in Florham Park, New Jersey, the Park Savoy is a gorgeous property inside and out. It has a historical charm to it that we just enjoy so much from the architecture to the touches of elegance with chandeliers and interior design. The first time we worked here, we fell in love with the bridal suite and how large it was. There were some great opportunities for getting ready photos which sometimes lacks in other venues.

One of the main reasons, venues become favorite of ours is the fact that there is plenty to photograph indoors and out. The rooms in the estate are great but The Park Savoy is also known for it’s beautiful outdoors. The landscaping is impeccable with tons of flowers and trees- perfect for spring and summer weddings!

It’s also not often we get to indulge in good food at a wedding venue but it is always a treat when we work at Park Savoy. We were already familiar with their menu having worked at their sister properties, Nanina’s in the Park and Park Chateau so we always make sure to grab a plate. Their cocktail hour and viennese hour is one of the best in the state!
