Grace & Dino: Trash The Dress

One of the best things about a destination wedding is the opportunity to take photos on multiple days. For Grace and Dino’s wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun, we photographed their welcome dinner, the wedding and then the trash the dress session. If you are having a destination wedding, you absolutely have to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings you are in!

Somehow after a night partying at the wedding, we all woke up bright and early on Sunday to explore the resort and capture some super fun and casual trash the dress photos. From the first moment we discussed having this session, Grace and Dino let it be known that they were totally down for getting down and dirty and jumping in the water. (Tip for grooms: Dino purchased a super inexpensive suit to trash instead of his custom suit!) This opportunity does not happen often for us so we made sure to take them up on that!

Armed with a drone and a waterproof housing, we went to town with these two. Starting the session early in the morning allowed for great light and a semi-empty resort. Still on cloud from exchanging their vows the day before, Grace and Dino killed this session. It was effortless and full with so much love.
