Britt and Mike were married on Halloween but if you didn’t know the date, you probably wouldn’t have guessed it. Their Halloween wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau day wasn’t about themes or costumes. It was about them, their love, and the people who mean the most to them. And honestly, that’s what made it feel so special.
While the calendar said October 31st, the design stayed timeless. Britt leaned into richer, darker tones that felt perfect for late fall without ever tipping into “Halloween wedding.” Everything felt intentional, elevated, and very true to who they are as a couple.
The day ended up being colder than expected (classic late-October surprise), but Britt and Mike took it all in stride. We made it work, moved efficiently, and still got everything we needed, proof that a great attitude really does set the tone for the entire day. Their Halloween wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau remained focused on connection, emotion, and being fully present from start to finish
One of the things we loved most was how present everyone felt. From quiet moments with family to genuine emotion throughout the day, it was clear this wedding was about connection above all else. No distractions, just meaningful moments (their first look for example!!), start to finish.
