We rarely shoot winter weddings but there is something magical about them. Alison & Phil’s wedding at The Madison Hotel was one of our last weddings of 2024 and their day was filled with unforgettable moments.

Alison & Phil exchanged vows in a beautiful Catholic church ceremony, surrounded by their closest family and friends. After the ceremony, we made our way to The Madison Hotel, a venue that perfectly blends classic elegance with a touch of winter charm. Despite the chilly temperatures, Alison & Phil were all smiles as we captured their portraits both inside and outside the venue.
One of the biggest surprises of the night? A visit from New Jersey’s Governor Murphy! As he made his way through the hotel for another wedding, he stopped to congratulate Alison & Phil. It made for an unexpected yet fun addition to their wedding memories. It’s not every day the governor crashes your wedding!
From the very beginning, Alison and Phil made it clear they wanted their wedding to feel like one big party—and Magic Moments NJ absolutely delivered. As soon as the music started, guests filled the dance floor and kept it packed from the first song to the last, showing off their best moves and celebrating all night long. Whether the DJ played high-energy anthems or sentimental slow dances, everyone soaked in the joy and excitement of each moment.
