Julie and Rob’s wedding at Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury was a day to remember. Having photographed several of Julie’s family members’ weddings over the years, this felt like coming full circle. There’s something special about reconnecting with familiar faces and being part of another chapter in a family’s story.
This was also our first time back at Shadowbrook since their renovations, and the updates did not disappoint. The venue manages to strike a perfect balance between modern elegance and its historic charm. It was a perfect day for a wedding here.
For Julie and Rob’s first look, we headed to Shadowbrook’s immaculate grounds. The lush greenery, stone pathways, and iconic front gate gave us plenty of beautiful spots to work with. As NJ wedding photographers, we love the variety – and how classic the final images always look!
