We were so excited for this one. Not only because Sammi and Enid are absolute gems of humans, but also because it had been a few years since we photographed a wedding in NYC. And as soon as the day unfolded, it reminded us exactly why we love it so much.
Everything about Sammi and Enid’s wedding felt beautifully intentional. From their tear-filled first look to the way they held hands throughout the ceremony, the entire day overflowed with love, connection, and just pure joy. Beyond that, these two planned everything so thoughtfully, each detail felt personal and warm, yet effortlessly relaxed in the best way.
Getting Ready in the Heart of Tribeca
We started the day at the Smyth Tribeca, where Sammi and Enid got ready in one of their stunning suites. From the very beginning, the energy felt warm and relaxed. If you’re planning a city wedding and looking for a space that feels elevated but still cozy, this is it. With tons of natural light, clean design, and just enough space to spread out while still keeping things intimate, it truly made the perfect backdrop for those quiet moments before the celebration officially kicked off.
And then… Tribeca Rooftop. What a venue. With sweeping views of Manhattan, an industrial-chic vibe, and tons of space to party, it delivered on all fronts. Their rooftop ceremony had the most magical NYC feel and the energy on the dance floor that night? Unreal. From heartfelt speeches and happy tears to everyone dancing their hearts out, we were right there for every unforgettable moment.
