Tips for Choosing Reliable Wedding Vendors
First, trust referrals! If businesses are gaining customers through word of mouth, it’s because they know what they are doing. Friends, family, and vendors you’ve already booked are all great resources you should use.
Secondly, do your research! Go to vendor websites and read their reviews. Remember, good vendors book up fast. You will want to get on their schedule as early as possible if they are the right fit for you.
Meet with your vendors face to face. You will always get a better idea if you are a good fit with someone in a real, in-person conversation than over the phone or through email. This is also a great time to see their work! Or taste if that applies. Yum.
Make sure your vendors have a good working contract that meets all your needs. You want to feel as comfortable as possible with the whole process from start to finish with each of your vendors. Have them sign on the dotted line committing to your date!
