Ocean Grove was the perfect choice for Ana and Brandon because they have so much history there. Brandon basically became our tour guide for the evening, telling us all about the town, its history and the time he’s spent there over the years. They both told us they were nervous going into the session, but honestly, they photograph amazingly together. Their connection made our job pretty easy.
This was also our first beach session of the year and immediately reminded us why we love summer evenings down the shore so much. We started by walking around town and ended the session on the beach with the most beautiful golden light. It was such a good night getting to know these two better, and now we’re even more excited for their wedding next year at Crystal Point Yacht Club—which will also be our first time photographing a wedding there!

A Location Full of Meaning
What made this session even more special was how personal Ocean Grove already is to Ana and Brandon. Rather than just choosing a beautiful location, they chose a place that reflects a part of their story. That connection always adds something extra to the photos, making everything feel more natural and genuine.
The quiet streets and coastal light gave their session a calm, relaxed feel, allowing them to simply enjoy being together without distraction.
