When Hannah and David suggest taking their engagement photos in Great Barrington, MA, we were totally down. All we needed to hear was that it was a new town for us to visit and photograph..sorry Jersey, we love you but we like to explore!
In normal summer fashion, there were no storm warnings that day but immediately after our 3 hour drive, the craziest storm came through. We photographed maybe 5 photos before it POURED. We hid under a restaurant umbrella, got flooded out of that then sought shelter under a tent. We made the best of it through laughter while a waterfall of rain water came down behind us. Luckily it passed in 20 minutes and we were back in business. It was scary there for a bit but it all worked out and we were able to get some great shots for these two!
