Aisha & Joe

In the middle of quarantine, we totally panicked and thought we would not have any content this year (thank God we were wrong and have been fully blessed with amazing clients), so we decided to take the time we had to do a personal project. We choose the couple, the location and have a laid back photo session. We always knew we wanted to take engagement photos at Minnewaska Park and choosing the couple was just as easy of a choice. Aisha and Joe booked us during the pandemic, were the first couple in our office when we reopened and we totally hit it off with them. They are outdoorsy people so we knew this would be perfect for them.

We made them drive 2 hours (sorry guys!) but it was SO worth it. Minnewaska Park is absolutely stunning with it’s waterfalls (unfortunately, it was tiny that day) and cliffside views of the lake. The cliffs were the icing on the cake as we watched an incredible sunset. Pro tip: there are very steep drops around every corner so be careful!! Having this session got us excited to plan future sessions at locations of our choice BUT got us even more excited to spend more time with these two next year as they get married!
