There are weddings that feel special from the moment you arrive. Then there are weddings like Brit and Eric’s, where joy practically spills out of every corner. Their colorful fall wedding at Liberty House in October was one of those rare events where the weather cooperates perfectly. The skyline shines, and every single person present seems to radiate happiness.
From the instant Brit and her bridesmaids stepped out with their infectious energy and huge smiles, we knew this day was going to be unforgettable. Brit brought such genuine warmth and amazing vibes that it was impossible not to feel the excitement buzzing around her. And Eric? The way he looked at her made every photo feel effortless.
A Ceremony Full of Emotion
Their ceremony was one of those beautiful combinations of laughter and tears- the good kind. The “we’re so happy to see these two get married” kind. Guests wiped their eyes one moment and beamed with joy the next. Capturing those reactions, those tiny in-between moments, reminded us why we love photographing weddings so much.
Dinner turned into the ultimate millennial sing-along, complete with throwback favorites everyone knew by heart. There’s something magical about hearing an entire room belt out nostalgic songs together, hands in the air, friends shoulder-to-shoulder, and that unmistakable energy you only get when everyone is fully present and having the time of their lives.
And once the dancing started? It was over. The reception transformed into a full-on party with the NYC skyline shining behind us, truly one of the prettiest backdrops Liberty House has to offer. Guests danced like they never wanted the night to end, and honestly, neither did we.
One thing stood out above everything else: how unbelievably happy everyone was. Friends, family, the couple and us as photographers. Being surrounded by that kind of energy is contagious. We left their colorful fall wedding at Liberty House with full hearts, huge smiles, and images we are so proud of and you can see why below.
