Q: What is your shooting style?
FUN! We love to create a comfortable environment with our clients and their loved ones so we can capture authentic moments as they happen.
Q: We would like you to shoot our wedding, how do we start the process?
We are so honored that you want us to be a part of your day! To move forward with the booking process, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What is included in the booking process?
Once you decide to move forward with us, we will obtain further information from you in order to put together your wedding day contract. A 30% deposit is required to secure your wedding date and the final balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
You will also receive an online client dashboard where you will have access to copies of your contract, invoices, and wedding day questionnaires.
Q: If we decide to not have an engagement session, can we remove it from the package in exchange for something else?
The complimentary engagement session is included in the top wedding package. You can opt out of holding the session however, it can not be exchanged for any other product or service. We provide the complimentary engagement session as a fun way to get to know our clients and how well they work in front of the camera. It also provides you the opportunity of getting to know how we work as photographers prior to your wedding day.
Q: We have also noticed that your packages include 2 photographers. What if we decide we only want one photographer, is there a cost deduction involved?
As a husband and wife team, we will always work together. There is a major advantage to having two photographers on your wedding day and that is to capture all aspects of the day that may be missed by one photographer.
Q: Do you travel?
We love to travel! Any opportunity we have to get to travel to a destination for a wedding is one that we can not pass up! We do charge traveling fees so contact us for more information.
Q: How many images will we receive?
For a full day of wedding coverage, we deliver anywhere between 600-800 images. You will receive a password protected on-line gallery with instructions on how to download the images straight to your computer. You can also order prints and albums through the same website!
Q: When will we receive our wedding photos?
Images are delivered 4-6 weeks after the wedding.
Q: Do you post the images online?
After your wedding we post teasers on our Facebook, Instagram and blog. Your images may also be published by popular wedding blogs!
Q: Do you offer wedding albums?
We offer a variety of wedding albums in different sizes. They are offered in a couple of our wedding packages or can be ordered a la carte. Learn more about our wedding albums HERE.
Q: Who gets to choose the images for our wedding album?
We know things can be very busy after a wedding so we will create an initial design for your approval. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes that you would like. We love to make the wedding album process as easy as possible!
Q: What is the Big Picture photo booth?
We have an awesome open air photo booth, The Big Picture Booth, that can be set up for your reception. We provide the backdrop and props, you provide the fun guests! After the reception, you and your guests will receive a link to download the high-resolution images from the photo booth.
